Subscriptions and Alerts
Each Train Operating Company will have one or more "Operator" accounts that are responsible for receiving ESRs and distributing them to their drivers. 

 NRSDB tracks the alerts sent to these accounts and records an Acknowledgement when that user returns to review the ESR details. 

 One of the advantages of NSRDB is to reduce the volume of irrelevant alerts sent. Every user can control their own "Subscriptions" to the LORs that are of interest. We send alerts based on those subscriptions. 

 This is done from the User Profile page, which you can navigate to via the top-right menu. For example if I'm only operating on the London to Norwich main line I might only need the following;

Acknowledgements
Our email alerts contain a "View ESR" link that will open NRSDB and take you directly to the correct speed. 

 We record "acknowledgement" automatically when you enter the Speed page. From here you can download or print the Notice (PDF).
